If the product purchased from NMD Online Store received is DOA (Dead on Arrival)*, a replacement would be sent. NMD Online Store policy notes replacement for a DOA product is subject to availability.

The product being returned must be in resalable condition and include all materials including the outer box, and any manuals that shipped with the product. If an item or accessory is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item.
